End-to-end encryption is intended to prevent data being read or secretly modified, other than by the true sender and recipient(s). The messages are encrypted by the sender and stored encrypted at rest with 3rd parties not having any means to decrypt them.

Off-the-Record Messaging is a cryptographic protocol that provides encryption for instant messaging conversations. OTR uses a combination of AES symmetric-key algorithm with 256 bits key length, the Diffie–Hellman key exchange with 1536 bits group size, and the SHA-1 hash function.

Forward secrecy protects past sessions against future compromises of secret keys or passwords. By generating a unique session key for every Message Sent even if one message key is compromised the rest of the thread is secured.

A One Time Pin (OTP) is sent to all InTouch users when they register on a new device. By linking the OTP to the device there is a level of trust that the user who is communicating from the device is who they say they are.

In order to be certain and to create truly trusted communications, InTouch allows users to sign their messages with a Biometric Signature.

Combining the OTP and Biometric signatures with a number of governmental and regulatory checks InTouch offers one of the simplest and secure ways to KYC the people you interact with.
